Env (Envy) Carter was born October 6, 1988 and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia where she attended private school for majority of her life. She maintained straight A's through her education while playing sports such as basketball, track and cheerleading where she was not only captain of all these teams but did much more. She wrote and starred in her own play at the age of 13 that was performed in front of her school and their families. She knew at that point in her life that her options to create were limitless. Later, with her name on the Dean's List at the college where she doubled majored in Communications and Graphic Design, her career in the Arts excelled. Graphic design skill looked exceptional next to her ability to model and write well, but that didn’t seem to satisfy her. During one of her summers off from college, while internin,g for an international reinsurance company, she took night classe,s at Mainline Center for Bartending where she acquired a bar tending license and began working in the Philadelphia night life. With her social life, education and success growing so rapidly, Env was shinning and it attracted the attention of many photographers. It wasn't before long that she traded her Nike’s for stilettos and used her height and beauty to it's natural calling, modeling. Anthony James helped Env create an 11x14 portfolio worth taking to Ford, and on her very first casting call she signed with Wilhelmina. With the proper training Env has become a popular joy among the people she has worked with and a successful commercial model. No longer contracted she looks forward to working with new people and expanding her horizons as she follows her passion to model and create through various mediums of art such as oil painting, Photoshop retouching, editing, illustrating and writing. As she continues to shine we look forward to her success and growth.
